Anti-CIRBP antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a working dilution of 1:500-1:2000.
Biochem/physiol Actions:
Extracellular CIRBP is a detrimental factor in stimulating inflammation to cause neuronal damage in cerebral ischemia. It may have a protective effect on testicular injury after testicular torsion/detorsion when upregulated. Downregulation of CIRBP has been shown to increase germ cell apoptosis.
