Anti-CPN1 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2000.
Biochem/physiol Actions:
The enzyme is an anaphylatoxin inactivator and also regulates kinins. CPN binds to fibrinogen and is present in a fibrin clot prepared from plasma. Deficiency of CPN causes severe allergic syndrome.
