General description: Cytohesin-1 is a 47kDa protein of B2-1 gene. It is highly expressed in immune cells and is predominantly found in natural killer cells and peripheral T lymphocytes. Its expression has also been reported in purified monocytes and several cultured cell lines. Cytohesin-1 contains two structural motifs: a large central Sec7 domain (200 amino acids) and a carboxy-terminal PH domain (100 amino acids).
Immunogen:
recombinant human cytohesin-1.
Physical Form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
