Biochem/physiol Actions:
Anti-CACYBP (211-225) antibody act as a molecular bridge in ubiquitin E3 complexes and also participates in the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of β-catenin (CTNNB1).
General description: Calcyclin-binding protein (CacyBP) is a target protein of S100 family with molecular mass of 30 kDa. It was identified in mouse brain and Ehrlich ascites tumor (EAT) cells. It includes S100A6, S100A1, S100A12, S100B, and S100P. It is highly expressed in mouse and in rat brain, liver, spleen, and stomach, and weakly in rat lung and kidney.
Immunogen:
synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 211-225 of human CACYBP
Physical Form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
